Preview & Inactive Status

Preview Status 

Putting your rules in Preview Status allows you to see how your records will be affected before activation.

In the Rules Editor, select the Preview Actions button. You can either enter a specific record to review or select Display and Slate will generate a sample population of records to review.

Preview mode will only show the most recently updated application and person records. If you are not seeing test records in this view, try updating a test record from the student record view first, then revisit the preview area to see the “updated” test record.

Inactive Status 

Rules with an inactive status will not run and will not impact records in the preview actions view.
