The standard user permissions in Slate can grant access to given functions, but Realms enable more targeted functional access restrictions to only objects contained within a Realm.
Adding a Realm to a Mailing
Click Deliver in the Slate navigation bar. The Deliver summary page appears.
Click New Mailing. A New Mailing popup appears.
Configure the mailing just like any other mailing, but select an appropriate value for Realm.
Once configured with a realm, only users who are granted access to that realm will be able to view or edit the mailing.
Note
Your database must have at least one realm defined for the Realm configuration to appear on the New Mailing popup. For more information on realms, refer to the Realms article in the Knowledge Base.
