Geo-Spacial Prospecting

Leveraging queries, Slate's Voyager feature allows for the superimposing of data layers over a map of the United States. These layers could include data about records, events, organizations, data from the American Community Survey (ACS), and more.

For example, a Voyage may consist of layering prospective donors, current donors who have given above a certain amount in the current/previous fiscal year, and income data from the ACS. This type of spacial prospecting could help identify potential new donors, as well as highlight donors who may have a greater giving potential.

Voyages may also be leveraged within the Trips functionality of Slate - allowing gift officers to see other potential or current donors who may be nearby.
