The application login page is specific to your institution and requires applicants to access their applications and application status pages.
The login page requires applicants to enter their email address and password and includes standard features such as password reset.

Administrative Experience

By default this page will function without the need for customizations. However, the Login page can be configured to include a custom title, custom instructions, and a custom footer. To add these customizations:

1. Select Database on the top navigation bar.

2. Select Application Editor.

3. Select /apply/.

4. Select Login Page.

Applicant Experience

Applicants are directed to the login page from the Application Management Page. Once on this page, if the applicant has forgotten their password, a password reset may be requested at any time.

Forgot Password

1. Select "Forgot Your Password?". 

2. They are then instructed to type in their email address and date of birth.

1. A temporary pin and URL to a password reset page are sent to the person's email address.

2. The person is prompted to provide the temporary pin and re-confirm their personal information. Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) expire after 180 days if not used.
