Letter and Postcard tracking enables a user to obtain status details relating to the location of physical print messages, such as letters and postcards, sent via Deliver.
Tracking Print Mailings
- Navigate to the Interactions section on the desired person record.
- Click on the desired print mailing.
- Within the Status setting, click Display Events.
- A Message Events pop up will display, chronicling the path of the mailing. Timestamp dates and times indicate the corresponding location of the mailing. Available message events include In Transit, In Local Area and Re-Routed.
